In the Phase III Canton Fair, China’s textile and garment enterprises feel the pressure from non-tariff barriers. Customers from Europe, USA or Japan require factory inspection and certification under the pretext of environmental protection, human rights to weaken China export competition. Most of China factories based on OEM business, and they loss competitive advantages and profit.

Lu Li who is do export business; he said that face to non-tariff barriers, there is harder to do business than before.

On the other hand, because of financial crisis, the U.S. market credit risk was increased. Sales manager of Hubei Mailyard Co. told they request 80% money received pre-delivery to U.S. customers.
