Pujiang Golden Key School founded by the donation from the Customs officers was completed on May 12, 2009. This is the first building erected in Pujiang county that can withstand earthquake of 8.0 magnitude. 60 representatives from the Youth League Committees of the General Administration of Customs and some Customs Administrations at local level attended the inauguration ceremony held that day.

The Golden Key School is located at the side of Linxi River in Xilai town, Pujiang County, Sichuan province. This wheelchair accessible school can admit 400 students. It has electrical audio-visual aided education center, dinging hall and other facilities. A couple of days later, students can start (or resume) their study life in this new and beautiful building.

On June 12, 2008, the Youth League Committees of various Customs administrations throughout the country co-initiated a proposal calling on each young Customs officer to donate a hundred Yuan to rebuild the damaged schools in the quake-hit areas. The first donation of RMB 157,320 was made by the 991 officers from Nanjing Customs District. After that, in no more than a month, the donation had exceeded RMB 100 million. According to the statistics, by September 1, 2008, 23,214 Customs officers had donated RMB2.47 million.

On the inauguration ceremony, Shenzhen Customs District donated another RMB 750,000 to the newly-built school, and some other Customs Districts donated books and stationery to the students.
