Online System of Diligence and Honesty Assessment Improved in Shandan County of Gansu Province

To improve the monotonous Online System of Diligence and Honesty Assessment of last year, Shandan County of Gansu Province solidly launches the construction of the System on the basis of one platform and four systems by fully using Internet information technology. One platform refers to the website of the system of diligence and honesty assessment for leading cadres of Shandan County, covering assessment targets, assessment contents, assessment principles, assessment measures, information exchanges and electronic supervision for the social public. The four systems refer to public assessment system, performance assessment system, clean governance assessment system and organization assessment system.

Meanwhile, the county has also upgraded the network infrastructure and specially established a comprehensive assessment column, which can autonomously analyze the results of the four assessment systems according to different weights (public assessment accounts for 30 percent, performance assessment, 25 percent, clean governance assessment, 25 percent and organization assessment, 20 percent), and make the final assessment of the diligence and honesty of the leading group and leading cadres according to their marks.
