Construction of Post Clean Governance Risk Prevention Mechanism Solidly Launched in the Price Setups of Taian City of Shandong Province

Through checking and supervising clean governance risks in various posts, Taian Price Bureau has established the work network of post clean governance risk prevention and management covering various realms of the bureau, and established a comparatively complete long-term mechanism of post clean governance risk prevention and management. The mechanism, after being established and operated, has brought some new changes to the municipal price bureau.

First, self-discipline consciousness of leaders and staff members increased prominently. The process of promotion, mobilization, clarifying institutional functions and powers, seeking risk points and formulating prevention and control measures is also the process for leaders and staff members to lave self-education, self-warning, self-improvement and increasing awareness of integrity and self-discipline.

Risk points constantly play the role of an alarm, reminding the people who operate powers; preventive measures play the role of a hydrant that can kill the bud of clean governance risks timely.

Second, supervision and restraint of power operation further strengthened. Efforts were made to publicize risk points and preventive measures, disclose the powers with clean governance risks before the public, form the joint supervision efforts from below to above, among the same level and from above to below and supervise the whole process of power operation of cadres and staff members so as to make power operation more open and transparent.

Third, efficient work performances promoted. The bureau has made clean governance commitments and service commitments, launched 10 institutions of administrative efficiency such as being clean and diligent, work style supervision card system, publicizing first asking responsibility system and one-stop informing, reclassified the regulations of examination and approval procedures and systems of various types, newly added eight institutions, modified and improved 15 institutions, greatly reduced the time of handling affairs related to examination and approval of various types.

Staff members service consciousnesses have been prominently enhanced.
