The 21st commemorative activity for the World Population Day held in Jinan

Jinan, July 9 -- People were crowded in Yingxiongshan Square Friday night. The first performance for the third Population Cultural Festival of the City of Springs officially opened its curtain.

To welcome the 21st World Population Day and strictly implement relevant regulations, Publicity Department of CPC Jinan Municipal Party Committee, Jinan Population and Family Planning Commission, and Jinan Municipal Cultural Bureau planed to hold activities for the third Population Cultural Festival of the City of Springs from July 6 to 8, 2010.

Various professional performances including music, dance, local traditional opera, crosstalk, acrobatics, poem and chorus were given to publicize family planning policy, which won great popularity from citizens.
