Wuhan Forte showcases new product at East Lake International

On 11th April, Wuhan Forte held a seminar to showcase Sapphire Apartments, a new product at East Lake International, its renowned residential project in Wuhan. The afternoon seminar was well-attended by 160 groups of customers.

Sapphire Apartments are the only small-sized product in phase one of East Lake International, featuring unit sizes between 90-100 square meters plus 9-10 square meters of complimentary area. To best address user requirements, the product is deigned with proper layout defining three functional spaces including living room, family room and bedroom areas. The first batch of 100 units is currently available for pre-sale reservation. Price promotion includes a RMB 20,000 deduction for each unit on an advance deposit of RMB 5,000.
