Successfully Launched Guiyang Yun Shan International Phase 1 - with a Sales Revenue of Approximately RMB160 Million

The Group is pleased to announce the successful launch of 320 units of the Guiyang Yun Shan International project last weekend. More than 90% of the units were sold on its first day of launch. The aggregate sales revenue amounted to approximately RMB 160 million. Following the successful launch of the high rise apartments, townhouses and villas of the Group s Guiyang Poly New Island project Phase 2 in June and July this year, Poly Yun Shan International is the Group s second project in Guiyang. Guiyang Yun Shan International is located on the North-eastern side of Qianling Park and opposite to Xiao Guan Lake. It is approximately 1 km away from the provincial government office. The project possesses an excellent scenery and an environment surrounded by Qianling Mountain and Lu Chong Guan Forest Park. It is surrounded by comprehensive ancillary facilities including a primary school, a secondary school, a hospital and a hotel. The project covers a site area of approximately 670,000 square meters. Phase 1 has a gross floor area of approximately 310,000 square meters and is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2010. Mr. Wang Xu, Managing Director of the Group said, The Group launched the Jinan Poly Lotus project in October and more than 70% of the units were sold on its first day of launch. Under the current market fluctuation, the Group s Guiyang Yun Shan International project still received overwhelming market responses with more than 90% of its units sold on the first day. This evidenced the stronger market support of the Group s projects located in provincial capital cities. It also demonstrated the Group s brand equity, its strong market acceptance, product quality, as well as its competitiveness. In the future, the Group will continue to provide high quality properties, a comfortable living environment and premium products to customers, in order to maximize shareholder returns.
