The Group announced its acquisition of land parcels in Guangzhou and Liuzhou, Guangxi with an aggregate GFA of approximately 1 million sq. m., following the asset injection from the parent company completed on 13 October. The Group s land bank was increased to a GFA of 12.5 million sq. m. The acquired Guangzhou land parcel covers a site area of approximately 232,000 sq. m. and a GFA of over 300,000 sq. m., while the Liuzhou land parcel has a site area of approximately 169,000 sq. m. and a GFA of approximately 660,000 sq. m. The consideration of the Guangzhou land parcel and Liuzhou land parcel was RMB702 million and RMB1,414 million respectively. Including the projects injected by the parent company, the Group has increased its land bank by 4.2 million sq. m. in 2009. The newly acquired Guangzhou land parcel is located in Automobile Park, Xinhua Town, Huadu District. It is opposite to Guangzhou City of Poly and adjacent to Asian Games Stadium and the station on Metro Line 9. It also enjoys traffic convenience with only 15 minutes drive to the airport and 10 minutes drive to the heart of Huadu District. The other land parcel is located in Laocheng District, Liuzhou, Guangxi. Thanks to its proximity to Liujiang, it has the best river view. Its prime location which is adjacent to the new city center of Liuzhou also provides comprehensive facilities to the project.
