The Poon Choi banquet in The Century in celebration of the beginning of year
In return for owners' continuous support and in order to promote the new Phase I with a panoramic view --- Yufeng ( ), The Century organized the activity of Poon Choi ( ) Banquet in The Century in celebration of the beginning of year in the community on 5 March.
The guests participating in this activity included the owners of the earlier projects, such as Apple Times ( ), Golden Coast ( ), Junhui Port ( ), Century Court ( ) and Yufeng, as well as more than 30 guests from the local governmental departments, educational institutes and large enterprises. A total of 150 tables were filled with guests. Over 1000 participants enjoyed the banquet together in The Century.
In addition to the splendid Poon Choi, excellent performances were shown in the venue with a lucky draw of gifts worth tens of thousands yuans in aggregate. We tried to make every guest enjoy this activity. To promote the flats in the launched phase of Yufeng of The Century, 10 Yufeng flats were sold at a discount within a limited period during the activity at that night, which aroused guests high interest. Shortly after the commencement of the evening, a majority of flats were sold out. It achieved the good results and satisfactory performance.
During the banquet in the evening, the project representative also disclosed the favorable information to the owners and potential customers paying attention to The Century, including the future tenant of supermarket, the completion of the project of the first section of Cuijingnan Road and the opening of the road, the commencement of the construction of Phase II, etc. All these will be very helpful for the further promotion of properties and project brand image in the future.
