Shougang Cold Rolling Bell-type Annealing Production Line Phase II Project involved the total investment of 0.6 Billion RMB and started the construction in October, 2010. Currently, the infrastructure construction has been completed. The steel structure will be installed in March. It is expected that the project will be completed at the end of 2011. The first year s productivity will be 300000 tons after putting into operation. It is expected that 15 Million RMB taxes will be paid and the project will solve the employment problem of 300 persons.
