Vice President Professor Zhang Li meets the Delegation of Prince of Songkla University

University Vice President Professor Zhang Li met the Delegation of Prince of Songkla University on March 10. In the welcoming ceremony, Professor Zhang first expressed her sincere welcome to the guests. She then reviewed the long cooperative history between the two Universities and affirmed the achievements in student cultural exchanges. She pointed out that the student cultural exchanges between the two Universities embodied GDUT s development idea of international cooperation and exchanges and set a good example in strengthening international education cooperation, promoting students internationalization and deepening bilateral friendship. Professor Zhang finished her speech by wishing the visit a complete success. Later, Professor Zhang Li presented souvenirs and exchange certificates to the staff and the students of the delegation respectively and accepted souvenirs from the delegation. The heads of the Office of the President on Dongfeng Road Campus, Student Affairs Office, Foreign Affairs Office, School of Arts Design and School of Liberal Arts and Law also attended the meeting.
The delegation of Prince of Songkla University will carry out various kinds of cultural exchanges with students of GDUT during their two-week visit. Four of them will stay in Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Light Industry and Faculty of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering for a two-month practical training.
