From April 6th to 7th, the provincial governor of Heilongjiang Wang Xiankui led comrades from related departments deep into Harbin, Qiqihar and Daqing. They investigated Harbin's South Industrial New Town and Newly Developing Industrial Park, Qiqihar Communications and Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Industry Park Area, Fine Chemical Industry Park, Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park respectively. He stressed that industry projects are the endogenous power of economic sustainable development, as well as people's livelihood revenue. The related prefectures and mainly departments should thoroughly apply the Scientific Outlook on Development,speed up transforming the mode of economic development and optimize adjustment the industrial structure. Industrial parks need to be built to high standards and at a high level. Grasping the opportunities and projects and promoting them until they are carried out, as well as speeding up the formation of industry highlands and economic park areas which have rational construction and growth. It can offer an important safeguard for Heilongjiang's economic society sustainable development.
