Northeast China was still the largest gasoline producer in China in November, producing 1.43-mil mt, occupying 21.6% of the total output of China, showed data from the National Bureau of Statistics.

The output was 1.9% lower than the corresponding period last year because major refineries there lowered gasoline output ratio to produce more gasoil over crunch of the latter product, market sources denoted.

Northeast China with major refineries clustering always tops all gasoline producers in China, the sources pointed out.

Northwest China ranked the second, yielding 1.14-mil mt, about 44.2% of which was from Shaanxi Province

Shandong with 1.11-mil mt of gasoline output took the third place.

Northeast China accumulatively produced 15.28-mil mt of gasoline in the first eleven months of this year, still higher than any other producers, the data also indicated. Northwest China and Shandong ranked as the second and third, respectively.
