China: Sinopec Maoming Petchem to step up LPG output with maintenance complete

Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical is expected to lift LPG output gradually after it wrapped up unit maintenance Tuesday, a refinery source said.
The refinery's LPG supply was bout 1,100mt Tuesday, increasing not much from the previous day, according to the source.
Maoming Petrochemical shut 2.5-mil-mt/yr crude distillate unit and 1-mil-mt/yr fluid catalytic cracker for maintenance on Oct 10, LPG commodity output of which dropped from 1,600mt to 1,000-1,100mt daily in the period, a record showed.
Maoming Petrochemical, located in South China's Guangdong Province, has a topping capacity of 13.5-mil mt per year. It is capable of producing 1-mil mt of ethylene annually.
