p>Fushun Petrochemical Co. Second Plant planned to alter its FRCC unit by adopting the MIP maximizing olefin and boosting propylene technical process to reduce energy consumption.
The facility s capacity was planned to be expanded to 1.7mt/y.
After the alteration, energy consumption may drop by 10-12% per year while profits would advance by Rmb 70- 90 million every year.
The energy consumption project started on Oct 8th.
