p>Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical, YPC Company and Sinopec Zhenghai Refining & Chemical, Sinopec branch companies in East China area, jointly adjusted downward prices of pure benzene to Rmb 6600/ton, effectively on Sept 7th.
Meanwhile, Tianjin Petrochemical, Shijiazhuang Refinery and Qilu Petrochemical, subsidiaries of Sinopec in North China area, reduced prices of pure benzene by Rmb 300/ton to Rmb 6500/ton, with prices from Sinopec Qingdao Refining Corp. at Rmb 6420/ton.
Besides, Guangzhou Petrochemical and Maoming Petrochemical, branch companies of Sinopec in South China adjusted downward prices by Rmb 200/ton to Rmb 6700/ton ex-factory since July 8th.
