In this newly created position, Patrick will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Mark Sarvary and be responsible for Tempur-Pedic's worldwide human resources function.

Patrick brings to Tempur-Pedic more than 20 years of business experience. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President for Sara Lee Corporation, a NYSE listed company. Earlier in his career, he held senior human resources positions with The Gillette Company, which became part of Procter & Gamble, Delta Air Lines, Inc. and Frito Lay, Inc.
Patrick earned a B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky with an emphasis in Personnel and Industrial Relations.
