p>Shanxi Sanwei Group transferred its BDO technology to Hemei Group which is affiliated to Henan Coal Chemical Industry. The two parties attended the signing ceremony on Aug24th.
The technology would be used to the establishment of 100kt/y BDO project which was planned to be constructed in two phases, with total investment of Rmb 1630 million. Phase I 50kt/y project was expected to start production on Nov, 2011.
Meanwhile, Hemei Group s 600kt/y methanol and 450kt/y calcium carbide projects were schemed to put into operation in the end of 2011.
