Hungarian isocyanate producer Borsodchem restarted its 90kt/y TDI facility at the northern Hungarian town of Kazincbarcika but kept low operation, a company source said recently.
The facility was shutdown for maintenance on July 12 due to technical failure. The company said neither personal injury nor any environmental contamination occurred, but did not disclose what caused the problem.
