Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd awarded contract by Hydro- laxiwa

Shanghai Voith-Siemens, a joint venture of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd., has recently received an order from China Power Investment Company on Aug.12th .In the contract six turbines-generators units of 700,000KW included, totally amount of the bid is more than 700million Yuan RMB. Lahiwa Hydropower Plant is the second largest hydropower station of China after Three Gorge hydropower Station. It is also one of the key projects of send power from western China to eastern areas in nation s western development strategy.
