Shanghai Eletric signed the first denitrification contract of China for Power Plant

A contract, concerning the purchase of the first set of denitration equipments, was signed between Huaxia Power Group Sonyu Power Plant and SHANGHAI ELECTRIC-IHI Desulfuration Engineering Co., Ltd. In September24, 2004. the Chairman of SHANGHAI ELECTRIC presented the signing ceremony and gave his congratulations.

Songyu power Plant s two units of 300000/kw coal fuel denitration equipments is the first set of domestically produced denitration equipments. The signing of this contract, with its significant meanings, is regarded as a prelude of the denitration industry in China s environment protection field.
