Shanghai Electric and Shanghai Power Group made an alliance

A strategic cooperation partnership has been established between shanghai Electric Power Company and SEC. Shanghai Electric Power Company is a super large enterprise mainly engages in the programming, building and operating of the power net in Shanghai, while SEC is the largest manufacturer mainly engages in the supplying of electrical and mechanical equipments for power station and power distribution station in China.

By this way, the two parts will realize the target of mutual-utilization and mutual-complementarily of resources in the new round of civic power net construction tide. According to the cooperation agreement, the two parts will establish a Logistic Center for the spare components of power distribution equipments and a bid combo for the biding of power distribution projects and the after-biding execution works.

Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company will supply chances and supports for the applications of the new-developed products by SEC. It is known that during the period from the end of the Tenth Five-year Plan to the Eleventh Five-year Plan , Shanghai will annually invest about RMB 15 billions capitals to build the power distribution facilities and nets.

This investment is 6 times more than that in 90th of 20 century.
