In November 10, Yin Yicui, the vice secretary of Shanghai Municipal Government, held a meeting on Flourishing the city with science and education , and listened the working report submitted by SEC, Shanghai Hua Yi Group Shanghai Shenhua Group and Shanghai Power Office. Yin said that, Shanghai Municipal Government and Shanghai Municipal Committee have paid great attention on the promotion of these key technology projects.

Every enterprise, as the major executing body of the projects, should fulfill their industrialization through the development of technology innovation, and should try their endeavor to guarantee the projects capital ready for use. The relevant government department should be interconnected and interacted with enterprises under the pressure and responsibility so as to fasten the execution speed of the projects to adapt the severe market competition.
