On December 16, the establish ceremony of Dynamic Engineering Research Institute was held in Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. Shao Qihui, the honorary President of CMIF, Shou Ziqi, the Vice-director of STCSM, Huang Dinan, the President of SEC, presented the ceremony with about 400 leaders and specialists from universities and institute and distributors and suppliers form enterprises.
