Shanghai Electric focuses on the state strategy, and rapidly improves the industry development, which attracted the attention from domestic great medias. November 12, P.M., the journalists group composed by journalists from nine central media of People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, leaded by the Vice Director of Chinese Advertising News Agency, Gao ShanGang, to give site interviewing on the issue of construction of Shanghai Electric Harbor Base, and the industry development of power plant in the Harbor Factory of Shanghai Electric Power Plant.

President of Shanghai Electric Huang Dinan made a special trip to the Harbour to receive the interview. When replying to the question of how about the developing condition of the power plant industry, Huang Dinan expressed that as a core industry of Shanghai Electric, Shanghai Power Plant was able to design, product the world advanced 1000MW Supercritical generator, and it has been on an road towards technology introducing, absorbing ,and innovating.

In these years, owning to technology innovation and market opportunity, equipments of the power station have been exported, also, we are entrusted to built several oversea power station engineering project in the EPC pattern, which shows that Shanghai Electric has the capability to compete with first class enterprises in the world.
