December 22, 2007 P.M., Member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, Chinese Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan, accompanied by Deputy Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Committee, Mayor of Shanghai Han Zheng, and Vice Director of National Development and Reform Commission Zhang Baoguo, visited the crankshaft manufacturing base at harbor.

Board chairman of Shanghai Electric (group) General Office, Xu Jianguo, President Huang Dinan, President of Shanghai Electric Heavy Industry Group, Lu Yacheng reported to Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan on the developing condition and target of the crankshaft product and nuclear power industry of Shanghai Electric at the crankshaft workshop which has been put into running.
