Wind Power Units Group of SEC Stands on the Side of Laizhou Gulf

May.1st, phase 1 in Shangdong Laizhou wind power field, 29 sets of wind power units finished their installation, 24 of them successed commissioning, 22 of them has been put into production and connected with the main grid.

Laizhou Project is the first contract that Sewind got after its foundation. In Jan of 2007, work started on this wind field, the first reinforced concrete prefab-peg (with a 600mm-diameter) was cast on the sand of the Jiaozhou byland.

It is said that the first batch of 1.25MW wind power units were indraughted from German Aerodyn Company, then started its localization process. At present, staff of Sewind in the project site are trying their best in doing commissioning, planing to finish the rest 5 sets of wind power units
