Write: Alake [2011-05-20]

Recently ZTE is attending the third global multi-vendor interoperability test of the packet transmission network equipment, which is organized by the European Advanced Networking Test Center (EANTC).

This test will demonstrate the transmission network's ability to carry and transmit data services in access, metro core and toll network applications. Over 20 leading optical network equipment vendors, e.g., Alcatel-lucent, Ciena, Nortel, Nokia-siemens and Juniper, will take part in this test. ZTE's enhanced 2.5G/10G multiservice transmission equipment S385 integrated with T-MPLS function is in this interoperability test. Test results will be marketed to conference attendees, to the press and to the general public during the third multi-vendor Carrier Ethernet World Congress (CEWC 2007) in Geneva in 24-28th September 2007.

EANTC offers the vendor-neutral network test for manufacturers, service providers (SP) and enterprises. The services include Ethernet interoperability in enterprises and SP, consistency and performance test, three-in-one solution and MPLS/IP network technology & application. EANTC provides independent network connection service, consultation and proseminar.
