ZTE participates APOC 2007 Industry Forum

"APOC2007 Asia-Pacific Optical Communications Industry Forum", which was organized by Telecom World and SPIE (the International Society for Optical Engineering), was successfully held on November 3rd, 2007, at Wuhan Science & Technology Convention and Exhibition Center.

As the third largest international conference in the field of optical communications following OFC (America), ECOC (Europe), APOC has been successfully held annually over past 6 years in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan since 2001. The 5-day forum comprised following sections as a plenary session, 2 workshops, 72 panel sessions in 6 locations, 2 short courses and exhibition. 500 experts and representatives from 27 countries and regions were present. Dr. Wang Jiaying, the general planning engineer from ZTE optical transmission product line, gave a speech titled "Optical Transport Industrial Trend & ZTE Solutions" and received broad attentions form attendees. During on-site discussion, Dr. Wang had a pleasant conversation with experts from home and abroad, strengthening ZTE' presence in the field of optical transmission.
