Mainland China ZTE Corp. announced that its broadband access system, the ADSL multiplexer ZXA10-ADSL8210, has received the CE certificate issued by TUV Product Service. The CE certificate, covering Low Voltage Directive (73/23/EEC) and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (89/336/EEC), is regarded as the Green Passport for products accessing global markets and also guarantees that the products meet the requirements of EU directives.
CE Marking is a legal requirement for many products sold into Europe.In three months, the ZXA10-ADSL8210 successfully passed all the strict tests in accordance with the standards of EN 300386 V.1.2.1 (EMC) and EN60950 (safety). The EMC test was passed within 16 days.
