Dual-band GSM phone features IP, power-saving support

Mainland China ZTE Corp. has developed a new dual-band GSM phone, the ZTE Z66.This foldable phone features IP support, which lets users preset an IP card number into the unit to place IP calls. The phone also has power-saving capabilities -- the LCD backlight can be set on at night and off during the day.

In addition, the ZTE Z66 incorporates DTMF voice, which automatically dials an extension number.The GSM phone features auto answer, any-key answer and simple key dial. It has several screen savers and six games. Besides the vibration mode, the phone has several ring tones to signal incoming calls.Measuring 106 by 43 by 17mm, this 900MHz-to-1,800MHz phone weighs 77g.

The standby time is 40 hours to 150 hours. The talk time is two hours to three hours.
