Chinese telecoms vendor ZTE Corporation has signed a contract to build an intelligent network for China Railcom s provincial operating branch in Sichuan province, according to the official Xinhua News Agency. The network will cover the whole province and support a maximum of 8 million lines. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
