Taking hot iron as the major material, and in combination with the advanced rolling production line subject to the secondary refining, TISCO developed economical type TTS443 product which has the excellent comprehensive characteristics of anti-corrosion, good formability for the first time in China. TTS443 product is a new type material with multi-function serving many purposes, replacing 304 in widespread fields.
From the March of 2009 the work on the trial production of TTS443 product, a substitute for 304, has started. TISCO is elaborate in the production and in the organization, producing TTS443 cold rolled products successfully. The surface quality of the product is good, machinery and machining as well as welding performances have reached or exceeded the advanced level of the world. At present TISCO is capable of producing TTS443 product in batches, totally developed 8727 tons of the new type material of TTS443.
With good corrosion resistance, moldability, weldability and high temperature property, TTS430 is extensively used in architectural decorations, household appliances, and vehicle components. As a new type high corrosion-resistant, multi-functional material, it can substitute 304-serial stainless steel in many areas. It is cost-saving and applicable. Related News
