MCC Limited Selected As Training Base for 41st World Skills Competition

Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) announced recently that, Chinese Organization Committee of the 41st World Skills Competition selected five training bases in China for this event, and MCC Limited was chosen, as the only one enterprise, to be the training base for welding operation.
On behalf of China, MOHRSS will lead Chinese delegation to participate the 41st World Skills Competition to be held in London in October 2011. This will be the first time for Chinese contestants to take part in this event since China was enrolled as a member of World Skills. With regard to over 40 competitive events, the Chinese contestants will participate in six events, namely: CNC lathe; CNC milling machine; CAD mechanical layout; hairdressing; website design; and welding.
As a matter of fact, MOHRSS s determination on MCC Limited to undertake part of the training work for the 41st World Skills Competition symbolized its full recognition on MCC s perfect performance in terms of talent cultivation and the advanced technical level. MCC Limited will entrust one of its subsidiary, MCC Group Central Research Institute of Building & Construction (CRIBC), to undertake the training course and apply its talent, technology and resource advantages for the training base for the Chinese contestants.
Pursuant to the requirements of MOHRSS, MCC Limited will extend essential support in respect of training venues, welding machines (welding materials of aluminum alloy and stainless steel) and the relevant auxiliary materials, and spare no efforts in fulfilling all the training work for the contestants. Up to now, the training experts have been recruited and the selection procedure for contestants has been started.
