On 15th December 2010, the summary commendation congress of Phase I of Huanghua Port and mobilization meeting of Phase II starting was held in Cangzhou, Hebei. During the meeting, seven collectivity got honor for Outstanding Contribution Award, including the general manager department of the project, No.1 and No.5 Engineering Co., Ltd. of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. In addition, there are 32 staff were awarded the Advanced Individual of Outstanding Contribution Award.
