ICBC Financial Consultancy Business Achieved Recorded Performance

Recently, Changyu Group Reconstruction Project for which ICBC provides financial consultancy is formally approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, putting a successful end to the Enterprise Reconstruction Consultancy of Changyu Group provided by ICBC.

Changyu Group plays leading role in Chinese wine industry and Hundred Years of Changyu is one of the most valuable famous brands in China. In August 2003, Yantai Municipal Government officially launched Transfer Project of State-owned Stock Equity of Changyu Group. In the intense competition with domestic and foreign banks, ICBC is successfully engaged as project financial consultant of the project depending on its excellent reconstruction scheme and transaction structure design.

In the period of nearly one year, ICBC project team completed various services such as diligent investigation, reconstruction scheme design, introduction of investors and financing arrangement, etc. providing professional support for smooth stock right reconstruction of Changyu Group and gaining good reputation from the customers.

In May 2005, stock transfer of Changyu Group is completely finished. In October 2005, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and Shandong Provincial Government formally approved reconstruction of Changyu Group.
