Along with the continuous rainfall starting from June 30, the underground water supply of the City of Springs has been increased. The underground water level of Heihu (Black Tiger) Spring has begun to rise up, tricklet appears in the west tiger head and the flowing volume of the middle and east tiger heads is also rising slightly.
