Xia Baolong, vice Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, met in Hangzhou with the delegation led by Ung Si Meng, deputy to the 9th and 10th National People s Congress and vice standing president of Macao Ian Hip Chi Yau Friendship Association.
