Zhejiang International Sci-tech Cooperation and Exchange Forum opened

2010 China Zhejiang International Sci-tech Cooperation and Exchange Forum opened in Hangzhou on the afternoon of October 27.

The aim of the forum is to make the best use of international sci-tech resources, promote the transfer and transformation of international technological achievements and the exchange of sci-tech talents, advance the economic model-transfer and upgrading and achieve the goal of innovation, development, cooperation and a win-win situation .
