Zhao Hongzhu, Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People s Congress sent a letter of congratulation. Zhou Guofu, Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial CPPCC attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Zhou Guofu pointed out that the establishment of Zhejiang Eco-Culture Association conformed to the demand of Forest Zhejiang and eco-civilization construction, which marked a new step forward in the mobilization of masses to participate in low-carbon life and the construction of resources-saving and environment-friendly society.
The first executive council came into existence after the voting of the first general meeting of representative members of Zhejiang Eco-Culture Association.
