Yesterday morning, Voluntary Service and Consultation Activity, jointly sponsored by Civil Administration Department of Shaoxing City and Yuechen District, was started in Shaoxing City Square. Over 30 society groups and people-run non-enterprise units offered a variety of free services and consultations for citizens. The photo showed that four calligraphers were writing Spring Festival couplets for people.
