Cangnan Pioneer Park of Farmers was opened on Dec.10, which drew the attention of many Taiwan merchants for it is known as the first national-level Pioneer Park of Taiwan Farmers in Zhejiang Province. On Dec. 9, 56 Taiwan merchants from 22 Taiwan companies arrived in Cangnan in succession, among which 3 companies expressed the intention of signing contracts involving a sum of 350 million yuan.
Cangnan is a geo-similar close neighbor of Taiwan separated only by a narrow strip of water, which works as the bridgehead of Zhejiang Province connected with the construction of Hercynian economic zone. Up to now the good investment environment of the Pioneer Park of Taiwan Farmers has attracted the interest of many Taiwan merchants. According to the statistics 22 batches of Taiwan merchants with the number of 460 people have visited Cangnan and carried out business investigations and negotiations.
