The 13th session of Hong Kong-Guangdong Co-op Joint Conference is going to be held today in the Baiyun International Conference Center in Guangzhou. Guangdong delegation led by Governor Huang Huahua and Hong Kong delegation led by Chief Executive Donald Tsang will attend to elaborate on the work after complementing the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta and promoting the Hong Kong-Guangdong Co-op Framework Agreement for a year, to analyze the new situation and new tasks the co-op is faced with, and to research on the next move to deepen the co-op.
