The Guangdong province will budget over 180 billion RMB financial revenue for improving people's livelihood, 140 billion RMB of which would be spent on public services, accounting for 77.64 percent of the total provincial budget.
"About 10 billion RMB would be spent on the social security, 20 percent more than last year." One of the Fourth Session of the 11th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the National People's Congress representatives from Foshan said satisfactorily.
"The province will spent more financial resources on improving people's livelihood and developing social career this year." said some one responsible from the provincial Department of Finance, the budget plan indicates Guangdong's financial revenue is speeding up the pubic property and people s livelihood projects, he said.

The Fourth Session of the 11th Guangdong Provincial Committee of the National People's Congress will raise curtain tomorrow (Jan 22) in Guangzhou. A total of 22 delegations will attend the five-day conference and the 12th Five-year Plan will be tabled for deliberation.
