Four Projects of Evergrande Opened at the Same Time

On June 27, the projects of Evergrande Atrium in Changsha, Evergrande Oasis in Tianjin, Evergrande Landscape City in Chengdu and Evergrande Metropolis in Taiyuan were opened at the same time, which was an unprecedentedly grand occasion. These projects cover a number of regions and offer complete types of products, which set a new year-to-date opening record.

Abundant product lines offered more choices for the house purchasers. Here were waves of people at the opening sites of the four projects. The hot sales of these projects once again prove that there is a great deal of rigid demand in the real estate market in China, and the houses with high cost performance are favored by the common people. This is another example of Evergrande s concept of persisting in creating model residences affordable for the common people .

It is worth mentioning that the four projects opened today are all located in the second- and third-tier cities, and they are not the first Evergrande projects in such cities. In particular, the project of Evergrande Atrium in Changsha is the fifth one developed by Evergrande in Changsha. This fully reflects the development strategy of the Group which focuses on the second- and third-tier cities, as well as the sustained efforts made by Evergrande to persist in rapid development and high-grade operation.

Welcome to our opening ceremony!

Today, we are so happy to have all of you here to witness this grand opening ceremony of Evergrande Atrium, the fifth model project of Evergrande Real Estate Group in Changsha. First of all, on behalf of Professor Xu Jiayin, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group, and millions of Evergrande staff, I would like to extend the warmest welcome and sincere gratitude to all the leaders, guests and friends from the media who are present today.

Since it was established 13 years ago, Evergrande Real Estate Group has received the great support from the friends of all circles and ranked in the forefront of top ten China real estate enterprises for seven consecutive years. After successfully entering the 25 major cities in China, such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanjing, Xi an, Changsha, Taiyuan, Kunming and Hefei, for real estate development, and with the several series of high-end, medium-end and high-to-medium-end products as well as tourism real estate products, Evergrande has become a real estate enterprise with the largest land reserve, the largest in-progress construction and covering the largest number of provincial capitals.

In 2009, Evergrande was successfully listed in Hong Kong and over-fulfilled all the business objectives, with the annual sales amount of 30.3 billion yuan and the sales area of 5.64 million square meters, both with an increase of 400% year on year. In the first quarter this year, Evergrande ranked in the first place in the national real estate enterprises with its sales area of more than 1.30 million square meters.

As the leader of high-quality real estate with standardized operation, Evergrande continued to carry forward the large-scale, high-quality and standardized enterprise strategy, established strategic relationship with hundreds of leading enterprises in relevant industries at home and abroad to jointly created Evergrande s model products, and achieved a great leap in terms of product quality. High cost performance has become an important symbol of Evergrande s commodity houses and is well-received by the public.

With the release of the national macro-control policy, the turnover of national real estate market declined in the second quarter. Evergrande took the lead in surrendering part of the profits and seized the first chance, achieving the sales amount of 4.05 billion yuan in May, with a substantial increase of 328% year on year, and with an increase of 8.

3% quarter on quarter, and becoming the single leading enterprise in the real estate industry with both increases year on year and quarter on quarter. This once again proves that there is a great deal of rigid demand in the real estate market in China, and the houses with high cost performance are welcomed by the common people.

At the end of 2007, Evergrande Real Estate Group entered the real estate market in Changsha. It only took two years for us to develop six projects in Changsha, with the area under construction of 4 million square meters, and the products covering the eastern, southern, western and northern regions of Changsha.

Evergrande has become a widely known brand in Changsha, and Evergrande Real Estate Changsha Company has become one of the largest real estate enterprises in Changsha. It only takes six months for Evergrande from gaining the land to the project opening, which shows the development speed and the high-quality products of Evergrande, and reflects its development concept of no hoarding of land, rapid development and high-quality operation.

Evergrande Atrium in Changsha is located in the core hinterland of lunar lacus plate of Changsha, with the footing area of 1 thousand mu and the total construction area of 1.50 million square meters. It is neighboring to the 1000-mu Yue Lake and has the world-class Royal Garden of 270,000 square meters, the Central Landscape of 70,000 square meters, and the Central Great Lake of 28,000 square meters.
