Delegation of China Real Estate Association Inspecting Taiyuan Oasis Project

On September 10, delegation of China Real Estate Association (CREA), led by Liu Zhifeng, former Vice Minister of Ministry of Construction and President of CREA, and Yuan Lunhua, President of Shanxi Real Estate Association, inspected Taiyuan Evergrande Oasis project with great interest and spoke highly of the forward-looking planning, complete auxiliary facilities and beautiful garden landscapes of the project.

During the inspection, President Liu fully affirmed the construction significance of the project: Evergrande Oasis seeks efficiency through scale and seeks benefits through efficiency, playing a vital role in caring for the quality of habitation and building a harmonious society . A boutique community like Evergrande Oasis contributes to the in-depth probe into the development trend of the national real estate industry and, more importantly, has pointed out the direction for its development, he added.

Meanwhile, Evergrande came to the Midwest for development at just the right time, for it has got onto the high-speed train of the national economic construction, enabling it to achieve excellent results and boost the fast rise of the Midwest.

It is learnt that the project is located in the prime part of Xiaodian District, Taiyuan, which is called the Pudong of the city. The project occupies nearly 1000 mu of land, with a planned floor area of some 2 million square meters. It is the largest residential project with fastest development now in Taiyuan. Since the start of sale, the project has found continuous favor with buyers and remained the sales champion of Taiyuan market for three consecutive years.
