Today, we get together in the beautiful ancient city Hefei to jointly witness the ceremonious launching of Hefei Evergrande City. First of all, on behalf of Professor Xu Jiayin, chairman of the board of directors of Evergrande Real Estate Group and more than 10,000 employees of Evergrande, let me express the warmest welcome and the most sincere gratitude to leaders, guests, and friends from the media present in the grand ceremony.

In the past 13 years since its establishment, Evergrande Real Estate Group has got the powerful support of friends from various circles of the society, and has ranked among the top 10 real estate enterprises of China for seven consecutive years. Evergrande has 57 series project in 25 major cities of the country such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanjing, Xi an, Changsha, Taiyuan, Kunming, and Hefei, covering several product series such as the high-end, middle-end, middle- and high-end, and tourism real estate, and has become the developer with the most land reserves and the one which develops real estate in most provincial capitals.
