In Nov. 28, China s Group B Women s Volleyball League started. Guangdong Evergrande led by Lang Ping beat Hebei with 3-0 in the away game in Baoding. Established only two weeks ago, Lang s Army won the first game with its luxurious lineup and solid strength.

There s almost no suspense for the match. Lang sent all the leading players in the first competition, its starting lineup including Feng Kun, Yang Hao and Zhou Suhong of golden generation , two American aides as chief spiker and libro respectively. As a result, it turned out to be a one-sided match, Evergrande concluded the battle in three straight sets within 70 minutes at 25-9, 25-15 and 25-17 respectively.

It is surprising not with the result, but with the fact that an ordinary Group B match became so fascinating because of Lang and several former national players. The big crowd in stadium, CCTV s live broadcast the Group B league at golden period unprecedentedly, screams for warming-up of Zhou Suhong and others such occasions made one admire Evergrande s rallying power.

Its first match in Baoding attracted nearly 5000 people. Such a heated market in the Group B league has never been seen before. Almost all the sports fans came for one person-Lang Ping. Even before Evergrande arrived in Baoding, slogan could be seen on the Baoding Stadium We warmly welcome Lang s Army . By the time the match began, scores of slogans appeared in the stadium and almost all of them were for the support of Lang s Army . Baoding Stadium actually became the home of Evergrande.
