On September 17, 2010 Guangzhou Real Estate Expo and Green Housing Exhibition jointly held by Guangzhou Municipal Land Resources and Housing Administrative Bureau and Guangzhou Real Estate Association was officially opened in Pazhou Complex of Guangzhou. The opening ceremony was attended by Su Zequn, Executive Vice-mayor of Guangzhou Municipality, Li Junfu, Chief of Guangzhou Municipal Land Resources and Housing Administrative Bureau, Huang Xinjing, Chief of Guangzhou Housing Security Office, and Professor Hui Ka Yan, President of Guangzhou Real Estate Association and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Group.
Chairman Hui Ka Yan visited the exhibition hall accompanied by Xu Guobi, Secretary-general of Guangzhou Real Estate Association, and other relevant personnel, and delivered an important speech in the opening ceremony. In his speech, Chairman Hui Ka Yan gave full recognition to the significance of the Guangzhou Real Estate Expo, and encouraged Guangzhou real estate enterprises to promote sales at reasonable prices and provide desirable and satisfactory products for residents in Guangzhou.
