In the past two or three months, the property market of Huadu District achieved a remarkable growth in general, and topped the list of all districts within the city in terms of the number of flats sold. According to the statistical data, Huajianji achieved a remarkable sales performance in July, with a hot sale of approximately 180 flats and the sale results amounting to RMB150 million. Based on the number of sales contracts signed in July compiled by Yang Guang Jia Yuan ( ), Huajianji ranked second in the sales volume of Huadu District and seventh in that of the whole city. In the last weekend of July, the newly-opened showrooms with a top decoration standard for property handover attracted nearly 1,000 visitors. Although the sales price for flats with decoration rose to RMB8,500/m2, it remained on hot sale. It sold around 50 flats and recorded a sales amount of RMB40 million within 2 days only, which set to be a focus in the property market of Guangzhou. Huajianji has proved, by its actual sales results, that a quality housing development could gain recognition from buyers and a position on the top sales list of property market at any time.
In fact, the ultra-high performance/price ratio of the decoration standard of RMB1,500 per square meter, being launched by Huajianji this time, has received high market recognition.
